Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining

• Any GoPhone account holder aged 18 or over may join. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
• You receive a personal referral link. You are responsible for anything published under it.

2. Referrals and commission

• A visitor becomes your referral when they open your link and create an account within 60 days. The last affiliate link clicked wins.
• You earn 30% (or the rate shown in your dashboard) of each payment that referred customer makes to GoPhone, including renewals, for as long as both you and the customer remain in good standing.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after discounts and before any taxes or payment fees.
• Refunds, chargebacks and disputed payments cancel the corresponding commission. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are pending for 30 days after the payment, then become available.
• You may request a payout when your available balance is at least $50.00. We pay within 7 days by the method you chose. Transfer fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for giving us accurate payout details.

4. What you may not do

• Refer yourself, your own company, or accounts you control. Such commissions are reversed.
• Bid on “GoPhone” or misspellings of it in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for ours.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, post links where they are not welcome, or use cookie stuffing, iframes, forced clicks or other techniques that set the referral cookie without a genuine click.
• Offer cash-back or rebates funded from your commission without our written consent.
• Make claims we do not make ourselves, including that a specific service will accept a GoPhone number, or promote the service for anything our Terms of Service forbid.
• Present yourself as GoPhone or as an employee or exclusive partner of ours.

5. Suspension and termination

Either of us can end the partnership at any time. If we end it because you broke these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, approved commissions are paid at the next payout run and no further commissions accrue. We may change the commission rate, cookie window or these terms with 14 days’ notice by email; changes never apply retroactively to commissions already earned.

6. Relationship

You are an independent promoter, not our agent, employee or partner in the legal sense. You may not make commitments on our behalf. You may use the GoPhone name and logo only to describe and link to the service.

7. Liability

The program is provided as is. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions owed to you at the time of the claim.
